The Cellexus Oxygenator is a self-contained, standalone oxygen generator module that takes in air and concentrates the oxygen component to generate a stream of oxygen.

The Oxygenator:

Has been designed for general laboratory use, including cell culture applications.
Is a pre-packaged, pre-commissioned primary oxygen supply compatible with existing oxygen supply lines.
Can be connected to any system requiring oxygen gas input, for example, in chemistry and life science related applications or for military use and in hospitals.

Cell culture systems are a prime example of life science laboratory devices that may benefit from these oxygen generation facilities to improve cell culture growth and, in this context, the system can also be dovetailed with the CellMaker PLUS bioreactor system via the CellMaker PLUS SupplyHub.

The Cellexus Oxygenator is designed to separate oxygen from compressed air by a pressurised adsorption process using molecular sieves which adsorb nitrogen allowing the remaining oxygen to pass though the system as the pure product gas. The System:
